The Irish Tradition

The Christmas tree is down. All the Christmas decorations have been returned to their boxes for another year. Not a pine needle should be left, or the little people will create mischief the rest of the year.

The Spanish Tradition

This is the Day of the Wise Men, in honor of the three kings who visited Jesus. It is a day for celebrating, visiting friends, and attending church services.

The Day of the Wise Men start on the eleventh day of Christmas. Children hope that that the three wise men will visit and leave gifts. Food is put out for the king's camels.
